    Hot rolled plate (Q235B)

    Mingli Metal offers Q235B type hot-rolled steel plates as an option.  Through processing techniques such as laser cutting, bending forming, and argon arc welding, we can produce metal products that meet ASTM A36 grade standards and have cost advantages for you.  They can be used in building frames, construction machinery parts, container shells, etc.

    Key properties: yield strength ≥235MPa | carbon content 0.12-0.20% | surface oxide scale

    Advantages: low cost | excellent plasticity | easy to weld | ASTM A36 class

    Processing purpose: custom laser-cut Q235B hot-rolled steel building frames, welded Q235B hot-rolled steel construction machinery parts, bending-formed Q235B hot-rolled steel container shells

    Classic case: laser-cut and welded Q235B hot-rolled steel container corner parts

    Processing method: laser cutting → bending and forming → arc welding

    Processing characteristics: bending R Angle ≥2t (plate thickness) to prevent cracking

    Cold rolled sheets (SPCC)

    Mingli Metal offers SPCC type cold-rolled steel plates as an option.  Through processing techniques such as laser cutting and CNC bending, and with the surface treatment of electro-galvanizing, we can produce metal products that meet the IEC 61439 standard and have a smooth surface.  These products can be used in electrical appliance casings, precision structural parts, automotive interiors, etc.

    Advantages: high dimensional accuracy ±0.1mm | smooth surface | suitable for     electroplating

    Processing purpose: custom laser-cut SPCC cold-rolled steel electrical appliance shells, CNC-bent SPCC cold-rolled steel precision structural parts, electro-galvanized SPCC cold-rolled steel automotive interior parts

    Classic case: laser-cut and CNC-bent SPCC cold-rolled steel distribution box housings

    Processing method: laser cutting → CNC bending → electro-galvanizing

    Processing characteristics: bending rebound Angle <0.5° needs to be compensated

    Product advantages: No corrosion for 96h salt spray, in line with IEC 61439 standard

    Hot-dip galvanized sheet (SGCC)

    Mingli Metal offers SGCC type hot-dip galvanized steel sheets as an option.  Through processing techniques such as die stamping and riveting assembly, and with surface treatment of local zinc supplementation, we can produce metal products that meet the JIS G3302 standard and have an outdoor lifespan of up to 20 years.  They can be used for roof panels, ventilation ducts, outdoor cabinets, etc.

    Key properties: Zinc layer weight 60-180g/㎡ | Hardness of alloy layer HV250 | Self-repair

    Advantages: No spray anticorrosion | Outdoor life 20 years + | JIS G3302 standard

    Processing purpose: die-stamped SGCC hot-dip galvanized steel roof panels, riveted SGCC hot-dip galvanized steel ventilation ducts, custom SGCC hot-dip galvanized steel outdoor cabinets

    Classic case: die-stamped and riveted SGCC hot-dip galvanized steel 5G base station waterproof boxes

    Processing method: die punching → riveting and assembly → local zinc patching

    Processing characteristics: Avoid welding (zinc layer porosity)

    Product advantages: IP67 protection class, salt spray 1000h standard

    Low alloy steel (Q355)

    Mingli Metal offers Q355 type low alloy steel as an option.  Through processing techniques such as laser cutting and welding, we can manufacture metal products that meet the EN 10025 S355 standard of the same level, with a yield strength of ≥355MPa.  These products can be used in crane booms, wind power towers, new energy vehicle frames, etc.

    Key properties: yield strength ≥355MPa | low temperature impact energy ≥34J (-20℃) | microalloying of molybdenum and vanadium

    Advantages: Weight loss of 20% vs Q235 | Welding without preheating | EN 10025 S355 class

    Processing purpose:  laser-cut Q355 low alloy steel crane booms, welded Q355 low alloy steel wind power towers, custom Q355 low alloy steel new energy vehicle frames

    Classic case:  laser-cut and welded Q355 low alloy steel logistics forklift masts

    Processing method: laser cutting → robot welding → vibration aging

    Processing characteristics: thermal input ≤25kJ/cm anti-embrittlement

    Product advantages: Fatigue life> 1 million cycles

    Tool steel (45#)

    Mingli Metal offers 45# tool steel as an option.  Through processing techniques such as laser cutting, vacuum quenching, and fine grinding, we can produce metal products that meet the GB/T 699 standard and offer high cost performance.  These products can be used in stamping dies, cutting tools, fixtures, etc.

    Key properties: carbon content 0.45% | hardened hardness HRC 50-55 | wear resistance coefficient 0.8

    Advantages: high cost-effective mold steel | excellent cutting performance | GB/T 699 standard

    Processing purpose:  laser-cut 45# tool steel stamping dies, quenched 45# tool steel cutting tools, precision-ground 45# tool steel fixtures

    Classic case:  laser-cut and quenched 45# tool steel sheet metal punching dies

    Processing method: laser cutting → vacuum quenching → precision grinding

    Processing characteristics: reserve 0.2% quenching deformation allowance

    Product advantages: Blade life 100,000 punches (SPCC 1.5mm)

    High strength steel (HSS)

    Mingli Metal offers HSS type high-strength steel as an option.  Through processing techniques such as fiber laser cutting, hot forming, and riveting, we can produce metal products with a tensile strength of ≥700MPa, which are the preferred choice for lightweight applications.  These products can be used in automotive anti-collision beams, safes, military product boxes, etc.

    Key properties: tensile strength ≥700MPa | yield strength ratio 0.85-0.95 | rebound Angle <3°

    Advantages: 30% thinner while maintain strength | Excellent impact energy absorption | Light weight first choice

    Processing purpose: fiber laser-cut HSS high-strength steel automotive anti-collision beams, hot-formed HSS high-strength steel safes, riveted HSS high-strength steel military product boxes

    Classic case:  fiber laser-cut and hot-formed HSS high-strength steel electric vehicle battery trays

    Processing method: fiber laser cutting → thermoforming → SPR riveting

    Processing characteristics: it needs a press above 1000T to form

    Product advantages: 40% weight loss, passed ECE R94 crash test
